Totally unacceptable service!!!

Totally unacceptable service!!!<br> <br> We made a booking on Safari Inn, under the impression it is in Worcester area after I explained to Safari Inn and the Guest house manager that we need accommodation close to the race between Worcester and Villiersdorp. We then got to know that it is in the Northern cape and not Western Cape. With good heart paid full amount upfront and now need to cancel booking. Guest house does NOT want to give our money back and taking the full amount as deposit!!! TOTALLY unacceptable!!! We have not stayed there, and tried our best to cancel asap!!! Now they have my R3200 and NO ONE stayed there!! So unhappy!!!
