TRANSPORT CHARGES FOR GETTING A FAULTY WASHING MACHINE

I ordered a washing machine in March 2021. They delivered a faulty one and charged me R980.00 for transport. I was promised a refund. It has been months and lots of phone calls and e-mails..... and no refund.....
