False adverts

bought a kettle online , transactions all done. proof payment approved. I then receive a WhatsApp message with a similar kettle I bought but diffent colours. only to be told the one I have ordered is discontinued. I then responded saying I have a color scheme and that is the only reason I bought that particular kettle.

I was the promised that they will source out the one and come back to me

I then the next day contacted them via WhatsApp trying to find the progress of my purchase. the response as I must please be patient with them the will get back with me shortly

i shop online always and this is the first time to receive such Falls advert.
