Bad Service

I have placed an order on the 15 March 2021 for a Mellerware 5KG Saxony Kitchen Scale (26001). I have heard nothing from the company since.They do not pick up their telephone at all.This company cannot be trusted.I have sent emails to no response.

Very bad customer service or is the company existent.I am taking further steps if I do not hear from them soon.
