Use these people at your peril.

Absolutely terrible experience with these people. I totally agree with the other reviews which indicate that they don't give a hoot what the customer says or wants. They just send insulting emails back telling lies. They were asked to trim some trees and so their unsupervised clowns cut the trees to 1/3 of the original height! I asked for a "trim" not to leave a stump of the tree. They have left stumps 1/3 of the original height and I don't know if the trees will ever recover. They damaged our walls in 5 places and blamed us because they said they had no other way to remove the debris. Cutting the pieces smaller clearly didn't enter their dim-witted minds. They also left a colossal mess on our curb and our neighbors curb where they dumped half a tree. They also left half a tree in our garden on the lawn. They also dumped tree debris on an open field opposite our house in 4 places and messed all over the road which I then spent 5 hours cleaning up personally due to the lack of response to my complaints. They quoted to trim the trees and remove the debris - 5 days later it was all still there, despite numerous emails back and forth to their coordinator Ann who is as rude as can be imagined. Eventually she cottoned on to the complaint about the truck not having come and said it was an "oversight" but then the regular garbage people had come and removed the mess. Admitting it was "an oversight" was the closest we ever received to an apology - the rest of the time we were told we were wrong to be upset and that we got what we are paying for. The idiots that were cutting our trees down also broke our electric fence and didn't mention that. The worst part was the reaction from Ann which blamed us, insulted our intelligence, shrugged off the lack of tidying up, and generally defended their ineptitude. Use these people at your own peril and if you don't care whether they mess up your property. They truly suck.
