Made appointment - didn't arrive

Had Brands Tree Fellers in for a quotation which we accepted, The made an appointment to come and trim trees Tuesday at 3.30. At 3.30 they phoned to say they were not coming. I told them I had taken a half days leave from work which had cost me money and she said there was nothing they could do about it! She then phoned back to say they would come at 4. At 4.15 they had not arrived and I phoned them to say I had to drop my housekeeper at the bustop and would be back in about 20 minutes. When I arrived home at 4.35 they had still not arrived. Since then no phone call, do not answer messages and no apology!!
