NOT OUR RESPONSIBLITY SAYS BRANDS SA

I purchased a 385L Bosch Fridge and only to find the next day it was damaged. I notified Ismail and was promised a replacement and even offered R500 by the delivery team to keep the damaged fridge. They are not taking responsibility and simply have the moto of "its not our responsibility". PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM I am now stuck with a damaged fridge which I paid R11k for. I could not inspect the fridge at the time as it was loadshedding.
