My advice to all prospective clients of Brands SA - Don’t buy from them. Find an alternative supplier who has a proven track record of honest trading.

I have a very short but distasteful experience dealing with Brands SA. I ordered a DVD player they had advertised and paid for it. They gave no indication of when I could expect delivery. That was on the 10th of December. They had my delivery address. After waiting a full month I sent an email to Brands SA telling them that if they are no longer in a position to fill my order then I would accept a full refund of R599. On the 16th of January I received a WhatsApp message from Brands SA asking for my banking details which I promptly supp****. Then on the 1st of February I reminded Brands SA that I expected to receive a full refund of my payment. I am still waiting to receive my refund. William Bagnall ***
