I was unfortunate enough to come across this company and even more unfortunate to actually be one of the unlucky ones who managed to buy the R99 pair of Nikes on their Black Friday sale. I ordered shoes on two different orders and till today (7 days later) the second order is "Pending - Awaiting fulfillment" although it was paid for withing 10 minutes of placing the order. Anyways, the first pair of "Nike's" arrived today just to find the most disgusting pair of woman's shoes in the parcel. I phoned BRANDS ONLINE who advised that they got a lot of their orders mixed up and that they can only send me the correct order if they are able to find out where my order was shipped off to !!! Honestly - What a joke of a company!! Disgusting. No news to date on the second order - It would seem that they are not competent enough to get the first one sorted out. ******** !!
