Received goods timely however customer service needs work...

I ordered a pair of sneakers through Bid or Buy from Brands Online. I received them 4 days later in good condition (correct order, size etc). I was really impressed by this because I was very skeptical of them at first, especially after reading all the reviews, which is why I decided to go through Bid or Buy (for Buyers protection) instead of directly from their site. However, they lost out on a 5 star rating due to poor customer service. The assistant I corresponded with was not understanding my clear communication and just caused a lot of confusion and frustration - made the experience a little less pleasant.
