Not what I'd expected

<p>I ordered and item online early morning on 20/12/2016 and was informed that I would receive my item before 23/12/2016. I called thein every day to check progress but still didn't the item by then. After following up this week again, I was surprised to find that the item was only couriered on 28/12/2016. I then expected it to at least be delivered on 30/12/2016 as its supposed to be next day delivery with Skynet Couriers, yet it's now 31/12/2016 and its still not delivered. I even tried to collect it from Skynet Cape Town Branch this morning which also didn't work out because they don't answer their phone and when I went there the security guard said that the staff left early. I've now spent a lot of time and money on calls and petrol which was really not what I'd expected yet I still don't have my item. Really bad service from Brands Online and Skynet Courier service. </p>
