No delivery or communication

I have made an order on the 30th November 2017 with Brands online up today i have not received my order from them. Had I known they were so *********** I wouldn't have bother making an order from them. Now I am waiting like forever yesterday I called the guy in the company who promised to forward me the tracking number for my order and he promised the item will be delivered today. So far there is no tracking number forwarded. I regret ever dealing with them as I have never waited this long for an order worse no communication from their side I had to call them using my own resources after I spent on the order.
