no delivery of item purchased

i purchased an item on 23rd March. till to date i have not received it. i also tried to track it and i cannot find it. tried calling many times. Riyad then called me back on 3rd April and he said he will assist , but i have not heard anything. i emailed ********** and i never heard any response. i call and i get no help. absolutely bad service.
