No delivery & no feedback

This has become rediculous! I have been waiting so long for one order, ive sent countless emails with 2 replies. When asked about the tracking number i get given a non existing tracking number. Ive asked again and again where is my order and recieved no reply. I placed an order on the 20th July, 1 month later and still have not recieved my order!
