No communication between them and customers!

I ordered online from brands online on Monday 20 July 2015.<br> They said it would take 3-5 working days to deliver, but unfortunately that was not the case! I had to keep calling to find out and then was told that the shoes i wanted wasn't in stock and then it showed it was online. He then told me that they were damaged but has them in another color and i should get delivery Friday or Monday this week. I called this morning and he tells me that they are still waiting for the shoes! The part that's has mad me mad is that i get told an email was sent but i received nothing, ans that i had to keep phoning to find out whats happening and no one could pick the phone up and call me to to let me know whats happening! Ive been more than patient with this and its irritating me! I requested a refund of R520.00 that i paid for 3 pairs of shoes and i would like my money IMMEDIATELY to be refunded to me no later than tomorrow afternoon.
