Beware of Brands Online!

I placed an order on 10 November 2019 and up to today, (19 November 2019), my order shows "awaiting fulfillment". I have sent 2 e-mails querying this, but they do not even bother to respond. This is beginning to look more and more like a **** to me. I regularly order from overseas online shops and they have better delivery and customer care than this!
