Bad service

<p>Ordered a pair of shoes for someone as a birthday gift. The customer service consultant told me that the shoe has been shipped and would definitely be delivered before the birthday.. the birthday was on the Monday and on the Friday the consultant let's me know that there was a supplier problem and the shoe cannot be shipped. </p> <p>I would like an immediate refund which I have requested on Friday the 3rd of September already.</p> <p>Consultant said he would check up with finance department. Still no refund and still no reply to my other emails to him. </p>
