absolutely pathetic service

<p>i had bought a pair of sneakers on the 13th March online....everything was smooth sailing up to the point where i was charged by my credit card...once the funds were out of my account ...that was the last i heard from brands online....no even a lousy automated email...saying thank you.almost weeks and no word or communication from them.</p> <p>when i eventually gor hold of fazile who. never ever returned any calls as he promised </p> <p>besides all the lies ...i still havent received my sneakers which have probally gone out of fashion </p> <p>every day for the last week ive been told its been picked up/with the couriers/at the retail store/ blah blah blah</p> <p> </p> <p>i would not recomend this site as i see 90% bad reviews ,with the same recuring problems</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
