Hair never arrived 6 weeks later

Ordered hair on Black Friday special. It was marked as “readily available”. I even whatsapped to confirm it was in stock before paying, to which the person handling their WhatsApp enquires said “yes, ma’am”. To this day, I have followed up over 11 times been sent from pilar to post, **** to about the order being sent out today, blueticked and still no hair in sight. They post WhatsApp stories but ignore customers who have already paid. I don’t want the hair anymore, I want my money.

I have purchased from BHC 3 times before. In 2017 they were still honest and reliable. I ordered last year and they took over a month to send the hair (I should I learned my lesson then), but I gave them a third chance. I won’t rest until I have received my money and let everyone I know NEVER to purchase from these people!!
