Brands Hair Courture ****ming people

I have been ****med my hard earned money hoping to get good quality hair from Brands Hair Courture. I've placed my order on the 30th of Dec untill now I haven't received my order, I was assured to get my order on the 5th of January but till today nothing and when I confront them they make empty promises and keep on postponing dates ! I never thought I'll get such experience because I once bought good quality hair from them around 2022, I think it's now being owned by someone new under the name "Brands Hair Courture"

I have requested to get my money back but currently they are avoiding my calls nor responding to my WhatsApp messages.

Please don't ever buy from them they are rude and ****mers!!!!
