BHC vanishes with my R4650

I ordered the 26" straight and curly hair combo on 17 July 2023, my friend order on the 24th same month and up until today none of us have received those orders. I have asked for a refund numerous times but nobody is responding to my whatsapp messages which are sent to the number +***8. The last time she responded was on the 2nd of August 2023 where she was lying on the vn, she said they were just finishing up the curly wig and they'll send the order. Until today no refund or order or a response from this business.

They have all kinds of wig combos on "special " and she's very responsive during the time where you place your order but will vanish into thin air once you have ordered.

We are still waiting for our money, hopefully we will get at least that since there's clearly no wigs being sold.
