Poor Returns Process - Poor Client Experience. Avoid.

Bought an item from Oztrail.co.za which BrandHubb seems to manage. I decided to buy directly to try support local but had a terrible experience with the Brandhubb customer service and returns process.

Avoid buying online from them and deal with e-commerce specialist stores instead. A waste of time and money and extremely frustrating non-logical support staff.
