No service !!!

Ordered an item 2 weeks ago. Showed 7 in stock, after a week and followed up , was told they are waiting for stock??? Took a screenshot today. Stock shows 12 now???? Still waiting for stock???? So how does stock arrive, and I am still waiting. No stock! No communication? Extremely poor
