I have been speaking to Jane from the toys department about the quad race that I bought for my son that stopped working 3 days after buying it.She said they will come get it and it’s been 2 weeks now and still nothing.Can i get a refund I will buy him something instead of wasting over 2k with u

As discussed, our Supplier attempted pick up multiple times without success and they were unable to reach you telephonically for an alternate address.
Amanda has been in contact with regards to the pick up and your refund will be processed as soon as the bike is returned to the Supplier.
