Daylight *******! don't buy from Brandhubb!
Purchased a Oztrail tent online and purchase was facilitated by Brandhubb. Tent poles snapped and zip crumbled within days of using the tent, I contacted Brandhubb and requested to return the tent and get a full refund, eventually I was put onto Darren, store manager.. he advised that I needed to courier the tent back at my own cost, which I did. weeks turned into months and still no news. Darren continuously blames his warehouse and lines manager for the lack of feedback..
So effectively Brandhubb have my tent and my money.. that's DAYLIGHT *******!
