Flat Guinness

In early January I reported a batch of flat Guinness beer I purchased just before Christmas. I was pushed from pillar to post with no one wanting to take responsibility. Calls were not returned and promised emails not forthcoming. I eventually got hold of Bianca Jacobs who undertook to sort things out. The next thing she sends me a application form to become a customer. I pointed out that this had absolutely nothing to do with the matter being reported.
