Empty sealed beer cans

Complained twice on Brandhouse Website and still no feedback after 2 months. Purchased a tray of Amstel Lager cans in February 2015 with the last six pack containing two empty sealed cans. Asked myself whether this was possible, but I have the evidence to prove it. I hope I now get a response.
