Broken glass in bottle

My husband was enjoying an ice cold Amstel light on Sunday when he almost choked on something in the beer. It was a big piece of glass. The bottle top was not broken or chipped at all. I hate to think what might have happened had he swallowed this.<br> I have a picture and I have kept the piece of glass.<br> I have emailed them twice now and have had no response.
