Brandfort Apteek

I went to the Brandfort Chemist (Apteek) on the 29th of February to go pierce my child's ears and they told me that they don't do piercing end of the month. I am so angry and annoyed. I called a week before to ask if they do ear piercing and they said yes but they didn't clarify that during end of the month they don't do ear piercing. What made more angry is that I told them I don't live in Brandfort and I was travelling that same day when I also asked for the Manager they just turned their backs to help another customer. Their service is very poor.
