BrandenLee photography is not the type of company you want to use to capture your wedding day. They promised to have our content done between 8-12 weeks yet only had it done almost 20 weeks later. They did not reach out to tell us that the content would be late instead, I as a client had to follow up with them weekly while they were posting statuses of being on holiday or on family trips. They sometimes didn't even respond after days of waiting and always had an excuse. Our photos had guests eyes closed, they advertised a reel to us because we weren't doing videography but when the reel finally came 21 weeks later the quality was not what they advertised, frames randomly changed from portrait to landscape and some frames were blury, we also could not download the reel we paid for and they ignored my messages when I asked them to please adjust their download settings. We extended so much grace expecting our content to be great but it was not, they always had excuses and there are many pics of one of my Brides****s not even smiling. They told us they could not give us the USB they usually give clients because they were out of stock and we had to wait until the new year or they could offer us a normal USB. We agreed to a normal USB because we just wanted this horror show to be done but they still took an additional 4 weeks (into the new year) and didn't keep us updated until I yet again had to ask in the new year. Everytime I mentioned a refund they first ignored my request then said no they are complete with the content even though they weren't. They are extremely irresponsible and definitely not how a business should run. Not a business to trust on your wedding day. My wedding was on the 23rd July 2022, we only received our USB today on the 13th January 2023.
