Breach of Service Agreement

In August 2017, BrandedYouth approached us to assist with installation of electrics at one of their exhibitions. We supp**** the service on the basis that payment would be made by the next business day as the event was on a Saturday. To this day (6 and a half months later) we still have not received payment for this service and the owner of BrandedYouth has gone on to ignore calls and emails for the follow ups of this payment. False promises to meet and discuss payment arrangements occurred last week. Our biggest challenge at the moment is we do not know his current place of business as he has moved from the premises we were aware of.
