TWO DIFFERENT BOOTS

Yesterday morning i realised that i was given two different boots. At 13h18 I called the shop and spoke to a manager, I explained my problem and he said to me \ you will have to bring the boots to the shop". I asked him his name and he said Sazi. I told him that there was no way that i was going to bring back the boots as it was their incompetence at the store. Not once did this guy apologise or acknowledge the mistake from their side"
