Bad service

My husband deposited a jacket for 2800,thenormal price for it was R3500.Now we have challenges, he wont be able to take it out.He asked the salesman by the name of mashaba to chage to something else for R500 Apparently the owner of the shop by the name of Riadd doesnt want us to take something cheap.He wants us to take the jacket that we don't have money for it.
