Branded Water is a ****!!!!

Once ordered and paid for, I could not get hold of them again. They don't answer their phones at all, nor do they reply to emails sent. Once consultant sent me an email telling me that she had instructed the courier company to collect and would send me the waybill. I haven't been able to get hold of them since then!!!! Seems like a **** to me!
