Braded supplies sells poor quality products

Worst service and final printed product: Placed order and supp**** print ready artwork. I waited 2 weeks before this job was done. When I called to inquire I was told it is ready (no one informed me until I called) but it does not include the poles. This was never mentioned or highlighted anywhere and as a first time private buyer the business ommited this line. When I collected the banner the colour was darker and faded (looked like its been in the sun for years) and not the same deep colour as a banner I printed from Stam products. Since I ordered 1 set of banners and had to collect myself they did not have option to see a sample first. Overall the service was poor and the worse is the final product was of poor quality/wrong colour. Now I am stuck with a banner I have paid for but cannot use.
