Frustrating online process, excellent WhatsApp service

I previously left a **** review, but there have been developments. I eventually reached them via WhatsApp (not email or site numbers). They apologised for the missed order, and since my appliance was unavailable, they delivered a bigger oven at the same price. It was missing jets but otherwise works and looks fine. If you’ve felt ghosted after paying, I recommend contacting them through WhatsApp.
