WORST SERVICE!

Very disappointing experience with Brand Base. The quotation changed three times! and after payment and repeated confirmations on quantities, we received far fewer items than agreed. Communication was inconsistent, quantities were misrepresented and the final delivery did not match the order. This resulted in unnecessary costs, delays and the loss of a client. A formal letter of demand was sent yet no action was taken. Based on our experience, I would not recommend them at all.
