Brand Within - Avoid like the Plague

We placed an order months ago, and our money was taken. The service was so poor, that we had to remind them over and over to deliver what we had paid for. Eventually, after weeks of going backwards and forwards, and promise after promise, we asked for a refund, which they agreed to. I can show email after email where they chow they will refund us, and they promise (give my word) it will be "done today". Even then we tried that 5 or 6 times, and sadly their word means nothing. We are a small business so we can understand hard times. Just talk to us honestly, but when you promise over and over and then prove your word means less than the email it is written on, I feel we ought to warn people out there to avoid doing any business with this company. Someone will probably respond to this review and promise to rectify it, but I wont be holding my breath any time soon.
