0 After sale service

With the viewing of the property the agent was professional took 20 minutes i completed the offer to purchase. On the day i moved in the agent was not available to deliver the keys i got the keys to my new home from the neighbor. Not even a single congrats or thank you for the business message received. The next day i saw fixtures was removed and not fixed where the fixtures used to be. I notified the agent immediately of the issue and nothing was done even after following up a couple of times. I contacted the principal and informed him of the issues and showed him the issues and proof that his agent was informed and done nothing to resolve this. The principal made promises to sort out the issue but remained empty promises. very disappointed in the after sales service. This was my first time home owner experience. I will not recommend anyone to use this agency buying or selling
