Unprofessional

My friend had an unfortunate incident, one that could have been avoided. Her hair was burnt to a crisp in attempting to go brown to blonde. This all could have been prevented had Devanne stuck to the original plan of testing out the hair rather than just going for the full color treatment. I would not recommend this salon should one want to keep the health of their hair.
