Disappointed and heart broken.

On the 21st August 2019 I have placed an order which Gail Martin confirmed I will receive the order of Friday. Today I was called by a courier guy telling me he is lost he wants to deliver my order. Only to find my order was sent to WITBANK, WMALAHLRNI MPUMALANGA. How that happened I dont know, and no one at Brand Name Marketing know. I was told by Gail that for me to get my order today I have to pay another delivery fee which is gonna be expensive because theres nothing they can do. I am so disappointed because I ordered those items for Our event that is tomorrow from 9am. I do not understand how it is my fault as I have given the right delivery address and it is also on my order. I cannot believe that I have to suffer for their error. I really hope that they sort this out and deliver my staff because this is an embarrassment to me at Our even tomorrow. How do I explain that I dont have what's expected!!????
