Bad customer service and False advertising

I bought a Fieldbar online beginning of December under Discovery shop under false advertising where they claimed to have the product as per their online only after making a payment they told me I will only receive the product February I then requested a refund till today I have never received any communication from Brand Name Marketing I have been dealing with a lady called Gail Martin and Brittney Hendriks which Gail promised I will get my refund before their company closes I requested the refund on Tuesday the 12th of December today is 21st December no refund no communication from Brand Name Marketing team and Gail Martins
