Quote accepted and deposit paid early in January for the erection of a Pylon sign at a shopping center in Durbanville.<br> Nothing has happened since then with only empty promises being made week after week - poor service delivery at the end of the day. Over promise with no delivery at all.<br> The job has been cancelled and now they refuse to refund the deposits which have been paid by various tenants.<br>
