Account not Credited

I bought clothes from Brand Mania Woodmead valued at R1148, i returned them within 7day they said they were going to credit my standard back account and it will take 7days for the transfer to reflect into my account. the return was done on the 7/08/2015 and today is the 19/092015 still no money when i contact them they are sending me from pillar to post, telling to contact my bank which is STD bank and they gave me a letter confirming that the money is not in my account they then told me to contact Drusila from Nedbank which is their bank still they couldnt give me any info no i dont know what to do coz i need my money.<br> <br> Herewith is the list of people that i have been incontact with.<br> <br> Brand Mania: James, Eddi, Nikita and Tumelo Mhlambi ***<br> <br> Nedbank: Michelle Engle and Drusilla ***<br> <br> STD bank: Maphoroko C Ledwaba and Lerato Mathe<br> <br> Regards<br>
