BMRS worst employer ever

This company is so unprofessional and they are marketing and promoting big brands like Ecoflow. This company is exploiting people and something is not right. How can people work and not get/receive pay slips? Is SARS and Labour Department even aware of this. The pay date is always changing every month. The workers (Brand Promoters) are told verbally and via WhatsApp that UIF and PAYE is being deducted from their salaries but when they check on SARS website, their status reflects "Unemployed". By the way, I have a family member working there who have signed a one year employment contract.
