Hotel not paid

On the 03 June 2015 I paid 3900.00 into brand leisure account for our December holidays to my surprise the hotel cancelled our bookings stating that brand leisure never paid the amount. I send email to them with no response. I tried calling Spencer the consultant all his phones are off . I wish I can speak with the owner of this company
