Unprofession , Not Trustworthy , I will not recommend them to anyone

Good day I once wrote that i needed branded pens , A lady called from Brand It media , I checked the place online and it seemed legit . i requested quotation and samples of which she provided . I loved certain pens and requested them , paid her half the money , when i requested feedback and how far she was ,she said that she did not manage to get those pens and because i did not like alternative pens , i requested a refund .Mind you this was last month. She started playing the cat and mouse game , when i asked for a proof of payment , she was either sick at home ,was attending to the courier guy will get back to me , She will sent proof of payment . The excuses were just endless, so last week i sent her a demand letter still that did not get her attention. It is clear that she is a ****mer , so i will deal with her the legal way . I urge anyone who needs branded items to not contact this lady because she is clearly not running a business but some sort of a **** .
