Brand Inventors disappoint

<p>We appreciate that Brenton Watt from Brand Inventors got our shopfitting far enough to open our doors; we were on a ridiculously short time line. Between 27 November and 15 April, sadly, I only got a 'I'm so busy, I will contact you' from him, and the work was never completed. If he had said that he will not do the work, we could have appointed someone else in jan to finish, but he just held us on a string. We have now had to ask someone to step in, but we have lost 3 months and have problems with getting things done the same . While we did receive all of the items that we paid for, they were not completed and clearly never will be. I am disappointed in the way that he creates expectations that he can not fulfill, and I feel that he has dropped the ball on this project. He is friendly, makes everything seem possible, but perhaps consider his, and his workshops' actual capacity, before signing on. Sincerely. Manda. </p>
