Disgusting service from Brand Id

I bought 2 Mizuno Comrades Finisher Jackets each costing R899. They promised to deliver on 05/12/2018. Up until this day Brand ID have not delivered my goods even though I'm based in CT. I've written emails and made callsure and all they do is send me from pillar to post.
