POOR SERVICE

Poor service

On separate occasions they didn't book my appointment I made, luckily i had everything in writing both times to proof I made a booking with them. I went with a specific problem on my bakkie which they couldn't find the fault, then told me I the light comes on again I must drive with the light on to them so they can try again, when the light came on again I phoned them and said I was on my way with the bakkie and its fault like they asked me to. and they told me they are too busy too help me, note that I am a woman driving alone with a faulty bakkie, and they just tell me they cant help me. ANOTHER time my bakkie door lock broke and they told me they have a part but I must install it myself, they cant do it.
